ACIOG Travel and Tour is a travel agency and arranges cover through licensed third-party insurers. We do not underwrite policies and we are not an insurer.
A quote is an estimate only. Premiums, cover limits, excesses and eligibility are set by the insurer and can change before a policy is issued.
Cover starts only when the policy is issued and the premium is paid in full — a submitted quote request is not cover.
Pre-existing medical conditions, adventure or extreme sports, high-risk destinations and travel against official advisories may be excluded or need extra cover. You must declare them.
All claims, cover disputes, exclusions and refunds are handled by the insurer under its own policy documents, which you should read before buying.
Information you give us must be accurate and complete. Incorrect details can void a policy or cause a claim to be refused.
Our arrangement fee is quoted with the policy price and is separate from the insurer's premium.
