1. Who we are and what we do
ACIOG Travel and Tour is a travel agency based at 145 Essex Blvd, Huntsville, TX 77320. We provide travel consultation, itinerary planning, flight and hotel booking assistance, travel insurance referrals and visa application guidance.
We are not a law firm, an immigration authority or an employer. We do not provide legal representation and we do not offer jobs abroad.
2. Service fees
Our published rates are: Travel Consultation $50, Visa Application Guidance $55, Travel Advice $60, Travel Itinerary $75, Complete Travel Planning $200 for clients within the United States and $300 for international clients.
Flight booking, hotel reservation, travel insurance and vacation packages are quoted individually. The quote is confirmed in writing on your invoice before you pay.
Service fees cover our professional time and work. They are separate from third-party costs such as embassy fees, airline tickets, hotel charges and insurance premiums, which you pay directly or through an invoice that itemises them.
3. Your responsibilities
You must give us complete, truthful and accurate information and documents. Applications fail most often because of missing or inconsistent information.
You are responsible for meeting the eligibility requirements of your destination country, for holding a valid passport, and for attending any interview or biometrics appointment on time.
Submitting false documents through our service ends the engagement immediately with no refund.
4. Payments
We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay and US bank transfer through our secure checkout, plus Zelle and mobile money arranged with our team.
Work begins once your invoice is paid or the deposit stated on your invoice is received. Every payment is receipted and appears in your account dashboard.
5. Timelines
Processing times quoted by us are estimates based on published embassy, airline and supplier timelines. We cannot control or accelerate third-party processing.
6. Liability
Our liability for any claim connected to a service is limited to the service fee you paid us for that service. We are not liable for visa refusals, airline schedule changes, supplier failures, or losses caused by information you supplied.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on our website at the time you book is the version that applies to your booking.
