Information we collect
Account details: your name, email address, phone number and country.
Application details: travel dates, destination, purpose of travel, employment and education history, and family information where a visa form requires it.
Documents you upload: passport pages, photographs, bank statements, invitation letters, admission letters and supporting evidence.
Payment records: the amount, date, invoice reference and payment status. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

To deliver the service you asked for: preparing your file, booking travel and guiding your application.
To submit information to embassies, consulates, airlines, hotels and insurers on your instruction.
To contact you about your case status, invoices and appointments.

Airlines, hotels, insurers and other suppliers needed to fulfil your booking.

We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.
Storage and security
Documents are stored in a private, access-controlled store. Only you and authorised ACIOG staff assigned to your case can open them.
Staff accounts have role-based permissions, and every status change and document action is written to an internal audit log.
How long we keep it
Case files and uploaded documents are kept for up to five years after your case closes, so we can support renewals, appeals and re-applications. Financial records are kept for the period required by US tax law.
You can ask us to delete your documents earlier at any time, unless we are legally required to retain them.
